Please create a role that ONLY allows access to track data. Currently, the assistant/aide role allows to "track data" and "View/edit student profiles, add goals, IEP periods, view/edit activities behaviors and graphs." There are circumstances, especially in a public school setting, where non-certified staff are not allowed editing/adding/deleting capabilities.
For organizations that solely need staff to just take data and not have the capability to edit/add student profiles, goals, IEP periods, activities, behaviors, and graphs, can you please create a "Data Collector" Role with the limited permission to "track data" only?
